1. Definitions
Service — the PlatformX SaaS platform. User — individual or company using the Service. Plan — subscription tier (free/starter/pro/enterprise).

2. Contract formation
The contract is concluded upon registration and acceptance of these Terms. It runs for the agreed period (monthly or yearly).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT invoices are issued automatically and available in the panel.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, unless the Service was fully provided with their consent.
5. Liability
PlatformX is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
